Pools

Pumpy pools, one moment and three shapes: when a meal is served, its liquidity is placed in a DEX pool across price ranges.

Less sell liquidity close to the opening price, more further up. The pool defines the depth; it does not create demand.

Where What the pool does
Below the opening price Layered quote liquidity can absorb selling as price moves down.
Above the opening price A smaller near-price token allocation changes how buys move price.
Across the range A full-range tail remains alongside the concentrated positions.
Shape What it is Where it is used
Full range One position spanning the full price range. Advanced and existing launches
Balanced ladder Bid and ask tiers plus a full-range tail. Advanced and existing launches
Pump The same bid design, with ask liquidity weighted further above spot. Public Cook standard
20%
Full-range tail
5%
Rest of the ask at about 1–2x
15%
Rest of the ask at 2–5x
80%

The ask-side figures are weights, not shares of supply. Below the opening price sit three about-equal bid tiers.
