Orders are denominated in the quote asset, and a served meal's pool pairs against it.

## What a pairing can look like
The app's pairing picker groups quote assets like this. These are examples of what a pairing can look like, **not a list of enabled assets or issuer partnerships**:
- Chain default: WETH, WBNB
- Crypto: wBTC, USDC
- Tokenized stocks, for example food and drink, crypto companies, megacaps and ETFs
The pair sets the denomination. Gas, fees and exposure to the quote asset still matter.
