Rules before the first order: a creator sets the opening rules before the first order, and the terms stay attached to the launch.
| Protection | What it does |
|---|---|
| **Anti-snipe** | A decaying buy tax applies during the configured opening window, subject to exemptions and caps. |
| **Anti-farmer** | Where supported, protection covers selected external V2/V3 pools during the curve and a chosen period after the pool opens. |
| **Terms stay attached** | Launch settings are snapshotted. |
The opening tax and the length of the window are set per launch and shown on its [Nutrition Facts](/launching/fees-and-nutrition-facts/) label. The anti-farmer duration cannot be changed after launch.
